Supply Chain Coordinator

Our market ready platform, VICTA, is an optionally crewed / payload carrying dual-domain platform designed to operate at speed over range, capable of rapid transition beneath the surface to operate submerged, enabling the discreet delivery of effects within contested waters. It is a unique, innovative British platform focused primarily on the defence market but with utility beyond.

Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Supplier onboarding, such as trade and security compliance checks, ERP system supplier set up, etc.
  • Supplier Relationship Management, such as requesting missing documentation, Purchase Order ETAs, etc.
  • Support the Supply Chain Team by completing administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate tasks within the Supply Chain Team.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as Finance, Engineering and Production.
  • Support data entry tasks in our ERP system, such as part and price set up.

 

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • Experience working within a Supply Chain function and/or within an administrative environment.
  • Experience working with an ERP system, such as Infor LN.
  • Good communication skills on all levels.
  • Willingness to support and embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

 

Note: Due to the nature of work undertaken at SubSea Craft, the selected candidate must be capable of meeting the security requirements of the position, which would include as a minimum Existing right to live and work in the UK, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), with Security Check likely for specific projects.*
